2025 Reservations

2025 reservations are now open contact us to book your stay!

Our 2025 Family Season runs from Sunday, June 15 - Saturday, August 23, 2025. Guests arrive on Sunday and depart on Saturday.

Summer season concludes with three adult-only weeks starting Sunday, August 24 running until Friday, September 12, 2025 where guests will also arrive on Sunday and depart on Saturday, except for the last week of the season which is a 5-night week (pro-rated). 

2025 All-Inclusive Rates

These rates include all lodging, meals, on-ranch activities, as well as taxes and fees. Rates are per-person, not per-cabin.

Discounts

10% discount for groups of 10 or more: A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking for groups of 10 or more. One person must be in charge of coordinating all group reservation details and agrees to be responsible for all communication with the ranch. 

12% discount for 2-week stays: For 2 consecutive weeks at the ranch. Activities are offered on Saturdays for 2-week guests. 

10% discount for groups of 4 or more during adult-only weeks: One person must be in charge of coordinating all group reservation details and agrees to be responsible for all communication with the ranch.

 

Reservation Policy

We recommend booking up to a year in advance. 

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due November 1st, 2024 for groups of less than 10

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking for groups of 10 or more receiving the 10% large group discount

60 days prior to your arrival date, the remainder of your balance is due

Check in on Sunday is 2pm

Check out on Saturday is 11am

We ask all of our guests to arrive on Sundays and depart on Saturdays. We cannot accommodate short stay requests.

Our preferred method of payment is by check or bank transfer, as there are no additional fees. We also accept travelers checks, cash or credit cards. However, any credit card will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please finalize any changes 90 days before your arrival date. If you cancel prior to 90 days before your arrival date, deposits may be rolled to the following summer (2026) but will not be refunded. In the event you cancel within 90 days, deposits will not be rolled or refunded. However, if we are able to fill your booking with a party of a similar size, your deposit can be rolled to the following summer (2026). 

60 days before your arrival date, the remainder of your balance is due. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, the remaining balance will not be refunded or rolled to the following summer. 

Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather (smoke, rain, snow etc). If an unexpected event occurs such as a wildfire causing the ranch to close for the summer, all payments received will be rolled to the following summer (2026). 

The Dude Ranchers’ Association recommends insuring your vacation with Travel Guard (www.travelguard.com) or another travel insurance company of your choice.

Horseback Riding: 

We ride nose to tail for safety reasons.

We have a weight limit of 250lbs for riders. 

Children under 6 may not trail ride, but they can be led around the ranch on horseback when scheduling permits.  

All riders must wear slip-on cowboy boots with a smooth sole (available to borrow).

We offer a variety of cowboy hats, boots, and rain slickers for guests to borrow.All hats require a stampede string (provided by ranch) if worn while riding. 

We do not provide riding helmets. We have them available for purchase or you may bring your own.

We do not allow pregnant riders.

 

Under Six Childcare Options: 

You may bring your own sitter at no charge with the understanding that they are here as a dedicated caretaker. They may not participate in guest activities but are able to stay in your cabin, unless a small cabin is available. 

You may hire a sitter for the week through the ranch for children one year of age or older. This person will be living on the ranch during your week (limited availability each week). We try to hire babysitters by May 1st, 2025. Please let us know about any additions or cancellations before then. 

Family members may care for and supervise young children.

Airport Transportation

We recommend renting a vehicle to give you more flexibility throughout the week. However, we offer airport transportation at an additional cost.

Bozeman International Airport: $250 per trip ($500 round trip), up to 5 guests

West Yellowstone Airport: $175 per trip, up to 5 guests
