It is hard to capture the essence of Elkhorn Ranch because every aspect of one's experience here is great; the horses and riding, the hiking, fly fishing, the kids full day Peanut Butter activity programs and the cabins and the food are all exceptional. The staff quickly learns everyone's name and after a few days you feel part of an extended family. It was just a fantastic vacation for all of us and we left thinking about when we may return."

"I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Elkhorn Ranch and the wonderful people who operate it. Our extended family of 12 were there in Mid-August and it was one of the best weeks in recent memory.The ranch is gorgeous, with rustic and authentic cabins that we quickly fell in love with. We mixed manhattans and sat on the porch talking for hours, watching the sun set and the incredible amount of stars begin to appear. We rode horses every day through some of the most scenic and beautiful wilderness I’ve ever seen, with wranglers who seemed genuinely happy to be there, to get to know us, and talk to us about the land we were in.Meal times were so fun, with great food and even better company. Every single person at the ranch was kind, welcoming, and genuine.The ranch was also very inclusive - something that my husband & I were very thankful for.
